Fixed Rate Mortgage: With a fixed–rate mortgage, you’ll rest assured that your interest rate is guaranteed to remain fixed for the length of the loan. Allowing you to always know what your monthly principal and interest payments will be. You can choose from a 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30-year loan term, thus allowing you to lower your monthly payments by spreading them out over a term of up to 30 years. Low down payments of as little as 5% for qualified borrowers. Loans with an LTV of more than 80% will require mortgage insurance.
Jumbo Mortgages are available for loan amounts generally greater than $417,000. With a fixed–rate available for up to 30–year terms.
An FHA Mortgage is a government insured loan. Terms are available from 10 years up to 30 years, with down payments as little as 3.5% for qualified borrowers.
VA loans have many benefits and allow service members, Veterans and select spouses to take advantage of little or no down payment requirements, no monthly mortgage insurance and provide up to 100% financing. You can get a fixed-rate term of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years.
